"Welcome to Quilt-Lovers' Favorites, Volume 6, the latest book from the staff of American Patchwork & Quilting magazine. We're sure you'll be inspired by the wealth of styles, sizes, and colors of the projects found in these pages. The book contains 15 of the quilts most often requested by readers of American Patchwork & Quilting. We took a fresh look at these time-tested classics, then created over 30 all-new projects based on each quilt's blocks, units, borders, or applique shapes.
So whether you're looking for a quick gift to make in a weekend or an heirloom bed quilt that generations will cherish, we have you covered with dozens of ideas from wall hangings to pillows to wearables. For even more versatility, charts of optional sizes will let you alter quilt dimensions quickly and easily.
To ensure your success with whatever project you choose, we've included step-by-step instructions, full-size patterns, and Quilter's Schoolhouse - a reference guide on quiltmaking. In addition, full-color photographs, illustrations, and color options no doubt will spark your imagination. Just turn the pages and let the quiltmaking begin." - Heidi Kaisand, Executive Editor, American Patchwork & Quilting
Whether you're a novice quilter or an old hand at it, you will absolutely love this book!
Book measures 10" x 11" x 1". This is a new, hard cover book with a spiral binding and 160 pages. While it is a new book, it does show some shelf wear from handling. The corners show some slignt bumping and there is a 2" split in the thin plastic layer on the cover. I have taped it and I don't feel it will tear any further. You can't go wrong with this book. It's bound to become your favorite quilting reference book.
