Rest assured, your information will never be shared with anyone. We do not have access to your credit card information. All payments are processed by PayPal or Google Checkout. When you go to check out, you will be transferred to their secure sites to complete the payment process.You do not have to have an account with PayPal to make your purchase - PayPal can process your payment using your credit card.
We have been selling online for 10 years with nothing lower than 100% positive feedback. We pride ourselves in giving the best customer service we can offer - the kind we like to receive ourselves. There is bound to be an occasional disappointment in a purchase but if handled correctly, it can be an opportunity to gain a loyal customer. All of our photos are the real deal - not stock photos taken from another site. What you see is what you get. The items are described as accurately as possible. While there are book ratings with specifications, we prefer to describe a book in simple terms as we see it. If we miss an important detail, we will happily accept your return with no questions asked.
Shipping: Your item will be shipped the same day as your payment is received or the following day at the latest. We prefer to use media rate to keep the shipping costs to a minimum. If you are in a hurry for your book, please select the priority mail. Media mail has been known to take as long as 2 weeks - not as a general rule but on a rare occasion.
Payments: For now, online payments can be made with your credit card through PayPal or Google Checkout. Or if you are a PayPal member, you can pay directly from your PayPal account. We will be adding new online payment options in the future. You may also send us your check or money order.
Refund Policy: Most of the books and magazines we sell are used and sold 'as is'. We try to accurately describe each item. Refunds are cheerfully given if the item has been misrepresented in the ad or if we have missed an important detail in the condition. Refund request is to be made by email as soon as the item has been received and examined for condition. Items must be returned within two weeks from the time of purchase.
