An Elaborate Book on Reproducing Period Furniture and Accessories in Miniature
400 photographs, 35 patterns, 46 charted designs and 24 color plates are included in this large, hardcover book. It is a first edition, copyright 1981. The book is in overall excellent condition. The dust jacket shows a little edge wear and shelf wear. The cloth cover is a little faded on the top and bottom edges but otherwise perfect. Pages are complete, clean with no markings. Some of the periods covered are: Jacobean, William and Mary, Queen Anne, Chippendale, Federal, Empire and Victorian. For anyone who collects miniatures or enjoys the art of making miniature furniture will find this book a treasure. The articles are far too extensive to list so only the main topics are listed below in the contents.
