Insurance: We don't require insurance on most items. We pack each book or item with care so that is reaches you in the same condition it is in when it leaves our hands.
Returns: Most of the items we sell are gently used so they are sold 'as is'. We try our best to describe items to the best of our ability. We will gladly refund your money if you feel the item is misrepresented in the ad or if you are just disatisfied with your item. The item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received within 10 days from the day you received it.
Sales Tax: 6% sales tax will be added on purchases and shipping to customers residing in Pennsylvania.
Payments: You may pay from your PayPal account or credit card through PayPal or Google Checkout. Your item will ship as soon as your payment is received. Items paid by eCheck payments will not ship until your payment clears. It is PayPal's policy.If you prefer to pay by money order or personal check, follow the instructions at checkout. Shipping terms: We use the USPS for shipping and always pick the shipping method that is the best buy for the money. It is not always easy to estimate exact shipping before packing the item but we always try to charge actual shipping. If shipping charges are not stated, please check the shipping calculator in the ad to avoid any surprises. Items are always shipped the same day as payment is received or the next day at the latest.
Media rate can be pretty slow but we like to use it for anything that qualifies. If you are in a hurry for your item and don't mind paying for priority, please let us know and we will adjust your shipping charges.
